Manon Constant offers the online sale of handcrafted items, such as decorative or utilitarian ceramic pieces, as well as reproductions by a printer of illustrations made by hand by the craftswoman.

The products offered for sale on the site are associated with a detailed description.

All the ceramic products sold are made in a traditional way by Manon Constant.

Due to their craftsmanship, all ceramic products are unique, so descriptive information may vary.

Elements such as photographs, texts, graphics as well as all the information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the products have no contractual value, which the customer acknowledges.

3. Price

All the prices of the products for sale on the site are expressed in euros. The packaging and shipping costs are invoiced in addition, and are dependent on the company La Poste, chosen for the shipments. Their amount will be indicated once the item has been added to the basket.

 

4. Order

The customer can place his order with Manon Constant via the website  www.manonconstantceramic.com.

Once the selection of products has been made and the basket has been validated, the customer must identify himself and provide the information necessary for delivery:

The customer must provide the precise delivery address as well as any details of accessibility to the place of delivery (building, digicode, floor, etc.).

5. Payment

Orders are payable exclusively in euros.

The customer can pay for his order by credit card. This process is completely secure. The full amount of the order must be paid before sending the goods. This data will never be disclosed to others.

 

6. Delivery

The prices of the products indicated on the site do not include packaging and shipping costs. These are specified once the item is added to the basket.

Manon Constant uses different shipping methods depending on the nature of the products (size and weight) and the place of delivery requested (France, abroad).

Delivery delay :

The products are packaged and shipped between 2 and 10 days following receipt of payment.

For shipments to France, delivery times vary between 3 and 4 days.

For shipments abroad, delivery times vary between 2 days and 2 weeks depending on the destination. 

Manon Constant cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a possible delay in delivery of the products ordered.

 

Place of delivery :

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information transmitted during the ordering process. 

In the case of errors in the information provided by the customer, any costs of reshipping the order will, in this case, be borne by the customer.

Receipt of order :

It is essential to check the condition of the package and the products on the day of receipt. If you notice any problem (missing or damaged product), you must immediately notify it in writing to hello.mcceramic@gmail.com by adding a photo of the damaged product(s). 

Any complaint must be sent to Manon Constant within 2 working days of delivery.

 

7. Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period :

In accordance with the new European directive, the Hamon Law, which entered into force in June 2014, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

In the event that a part does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt of the order to request a refund.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. They must be perfectly intact and without trace of use, otherwise no refund will be possible. 

The return must be made by Colissimo against signature or by carrier for bulky and/or fragile items. It is also possible to return it to the ceramist at her place of work in Paris, after the agreement between the two parties.

The return is made at the expense and under the full responsibility of the customer and any risk related to the return of the product(s) (breakage, theft, etc.) will be borne by the customer.

8. Refund and damaged parts

In the event that the customer receives a damaged part, contacthello.mcceramic@gmail.com  within two days of receipt by adding photos of the part and its packaging and the condition of the package. Another shipment or a refund, depending on available stocks, will be offered to the customer. After this time, Manon Constant is not responsible for damaged parts.

Manon Constant undertakes to reimburse you for the price of the item within 30 days of receipt of the package, provided that it is received in good condition.

Due to their nature, certain products cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded, the products covered by article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code: any custom-made personalized product .

9. Personal data

The customer has, in accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978, a right of access to the data concerning him, as well as a right to modify, rectify and delete them.

The personal data relating to the customer are only intended for the exclusive use of the seller and will not, under any circumstances, be transmitted to a third party.

 

10. Intellectual Property
